I’ve worked across oil and gas, utilities, aviation, and technology — in seven countries — and watched brilliant technical professionals get promoted into leadership and then struggle alone, without the tools or the language to lead well.

I wrote Developing Authentic Leaders because the gap between technical excellence and people leadership is the most expensive, most ignored problem in organizations today. And I built Authentic Leader — and now Mirror — because that gap deserves a serious solution.
