Privacy notice

This site is run by Jennifer Jensen (Authentic Leader). For any question about your information, email jennifer.jensen@authenticleader.ca.

• Newsletter sign-up (Home, About and Blog pages): your email, and your name if you give it, go to MailerLite, the email service Jennifer uses for her mailing list.
• Free guides (Resources): your first name and email go to MailerLite and onto Jennifer’s mailing list. The download opens straight away either way.
• Contact form (Contact): your name, email, subject and message are emailed to Jennifer through Resend, an email delivery service. They are not added to the mailing list.
• “Ask a question” (the button in the corner): your question and the conversation so far are sent to Anthropic, whose Claude AI writes the answer. Please don’t type anything private. If you choose to leave your name and email for a follow-up, they and the conversation are emailed to Jennifer through Resend. They are not added to the mailing list.

It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It has no database of its own: what you send is passed to the services above, not kept here.

To stop “Ask a question” being overused, the site counts questions from each internet address over the past hour. That count is kept only in the server’s memory and is never saved.

Each of these companies is based outside Canada, so what you send may be stored or processed outside Canada. Each has its own privacy policy:

• MailerLite — the mailing list
• Resend — sends form messages to Jennifer by email
• Anthropic — the Claude AI behind “Ask a question”
• Vercel — hosts this website

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what Jennifer holds about you, email jennifer.jensen@authenticleader.ca.

Some buttons open other websites, such as the booking page for a discovery call and podcast episodes. Those sites have their own privacy terms.
